Appointment Cancellation 
We have a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy .If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% off your service fee.This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists and clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.

No-Shows
Non-cancellations or “NO-SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the original service booked to be paid to your stylist at your next scheduled visit.  In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.  However, you may be considered as a walk-in.

Late Guests 
We understand "life happens". If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call us! (215) 643-4066. We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service.  Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled that day.  Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Tardiness greater than 15 minutes  may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.

Confirmation Texts/Emails
As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time.  We will call to confirm your service one to two days prior to your appointment and you will receive an email confirmation if we have your email on file.  We confirm 24 to 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.

Child Safety 
Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Over half of our staff are parents themselves and understand that this can be a sensitive issue.  Children who visit the salon during their parents’ appointments or children who are unattended in the waiting area pose a safety issue.  We work in an environment that has sharp scissors, razors, chemicals, and hot curling and flat irons.  If something were to happen to your child, it would not only be devastating to you and your family, it would be equally as devastating to us.


Service Satisfaction
In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact your stylist within 7 days of that service. Each stylist is independent and has their own service satisfaction policy.  However, we would like every opportunity to meet, and exceed your expectations; as we do value you as a guest.


Gift Cards/Certificates
NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for Cash. Donated gift certificates are redeemable for services only, not retail items.
